All orders ship out in 1-2 business days.

Orders are shipped via the USPS. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

All delivery issues will be handled by the carrier. Contact the USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). We are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility.

Once the package is shipped out, the tracking number will be sent via email.

If your order is returned/rejected/not deliverable, you will be held financially responsible for any extra shipping costs.

Orders over $100 will ship FREE.

We do not offer international shipping currently.

At Life With Syl, our merchandise goes through a strict quality check prior to shipment.  All sales are final,
however, if your purchase is damaged in any way, or if we send you the
wrong size, color, or style, let us know within 7 days of receipt.  For
these reasons, we will accept returns for credit or exchange.  Items
must be unworn and unaltered, and in its original condition. 

Pre-approval is required prior to returning items.  Please send us an email at LifeHappens@LifeWithSyl.com. 
Include a picture or video of the product(s) and a brief description. 
Upon approval we will request for you to send it back via the USPS.  If
this process is not followed, the customer is responsible for the cost
of return.

Please
allow 5 business days for processing once received.  You will be
notified via email when your credit or exchange is complete.

visit or make a purchase from the Site.
